What is exact definiton of citizen Journalism? When internet penetration in India is very less can other forums, campaigns supported by media can be called as Citizen Journalism. Blog and other internet services providing interactive services are surely are among the CitJourn. Please repply.....Can active use of RTI by newspapers can be called as Citizen Journalism
